Perfect Single Rep Form

The videos in this section provide examples of lifters who are practicing perfect single rep form in regard to three important factors when lifting heavy. These three factors include:

  1. Excellent lifting technique
  2. A smooth nonstop lifting motion. No slowing, pausing, or stalling within the lifting motion.
  3. Reasonable lifting speed.  No grinding out slow reps.
